1. The service

PlaylistGoats ("we", "us") is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. The service helps independent artists discover Spotify playlists with reachable curators, assess fake-playlist risk using evidence-based signals, generate pitch emails, and track their own submissions.

2. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation

PlaylistGoats is a paid subscription: Monthly ($49.99/mo) or Annual ($299.99/yr). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate partial months. If a payment fails, you'll see a fix-payment screen for up to 14 days; after that, access is paused until payment is current.

Refund policy

7-day money-back guarantee. Scan 10 playlists in your first 7 days. If you don't find at least 3 you'd never pitch again, email me within the 7-day window and I'll refund every cent. After the first 7 days, all sales are final: cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, but we don't refund partial months. One refund per customer, ever — a second purchase isn't refundable. Duplicate or accidental double-charges are always refunded in full. Refunded payments claw back any referral rewards they generated. To request a refund, contact [CONTACT EMAIL] within the 7-day window.

3. No placement guarantees

We help you find curators and pitch them. We do not guarantee placements, streams, followers, or any career outcome. Nobody can — anyone who promises you placements is selling you something we won't.

4. Fake-playlist risk flags are opinions, not facts

Our risk ratings ("LEGIT" / "RISKY" / "FAKE") are evidence-based opinions derived from public signals — follower anomalies, payola language, farm structures, and similar indicators. They are not proof that any specific follower is fake, and they are not accusations against any curator. Curators who believe a rating is wrong can dispute it here; every dispute is reviewed by a human.

5. Refer & Earn program

Members with access get a referral link. A referred friend counts toward your ladder only when their first payment clears — signups and trials don't count. Rewards are banked free months on a public cumulative ladder. Self-referrals never count. If a referred friend's payment is refunded or disputed, the credit is clawed back. We review referral activity for fraud (shared devices, IPs, fake accounts); abusive accounts forfeit rewards and may be terminated.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-extract our curator database; resell or redistribute curator contact data; automate pitches or submissions beyond the app's normal use; share your account; or use the service to spam curators. Pitches are sent from your own email — you're responsible for what you send. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, with or without notice, and unpaid rewards are forfeited on termination for abuse.

7. Your content

Your music, pitch text, and account details remain yours. By using the service you grant us a license to store and display them as needed to operate the service — nothing more.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Playlist data comes from public sources and may be incomplete or outdated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
